Strive recently partnered with the Public Education Network (PEN) to conduct a civic index poll in Greater Cincinnati. The Civic Index is a survey designed to measure a community’s perception of itself with regard to its public schools.
The presentation embedded below presents the results of the entire index:

I'm a teacher educator/researcher with a specialty in quantitative methodology and data analysis. I find these results fascinating, especially as reported here: http://nky.cincinnati.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/AB/20081120/NEWS0103/811200361
I would like to use this in some of my courses. Could you post the anonymous data or at least the phone survey questions? A CSV format of less than 700 records would be tiny by Internet standards. I would even accept it in an email if needs be.
I will look into this to see if we are able to post this for you. Thanks for your interest.
The survey was created by the Public Education Network. The questions, and other bits of interesting information such as other cities who have administered the survey, are available on their Web site http://civicindex4education.org.
If this isn't what you are looking for, please send me an e-mail at lungs@strivetogether.org.
